NY Tech Valley Robot Rumble 2024

Robot Rumble Event Registration

Please read all the following guidelines carefully!

The team registration fee is $300 for New York Tech Valley Robot Rumble.
This Off Season Event can accommodate up to 24 teams on a first come, first served basis. 15 teams have completed registration.
In order to register your team you must:

Be an adult mentor or coach of the team you are registering;
Be authorized to make financial commitments for the team;
Agree to pay the team registration fee of $300;
Have an accessible email account configured to receive messages from "admin@techvalleyfirst.org".

After you click the checkbox below, you will be able to complete the registration form. All fields are required.
When you successfully submit the form, it will store your information, display an information screen and send a confirmation message to the email address you provided.
The confirmation message will come from "admin@techvalleyfirst.org". You should add this email address to your contacts NOW to be sure that the message does not get flagged as SPAM. Gmail accounts have received this message very quickly.
In the body of the confirmation message is a link. Click the link or copy and paste it into your web browser to complete your registration.
When you click the link, you will be taken to a web page with your confirmation code and information about paying the event fee. Please pay by either check or online to confirm your spot. You will also receive another email message with this information.
Registration is successful and complete when you receive your confirmation code.
Registration fee is non-refundable.
Second robot must be registered at the time of the first robot registration.

Click this checkbox if your team would like to bring a second robot. Initial team registrations get preference over second robots. We request that teams only complete one registration form. If you are a veteran team partnering with a rookie team that will be using your robot, then please have the rookie team complete the registration form. Should there be open spots as of October 20th or if there are last minute cancellations, then spots will be offered to the teams that have indicated they would like to bring a second robot in the order the teams registered.
